The patient is required to submit the credit letter from their corporate duly signed by the authorized signatory or a credit email from the authorized signatory. The credit letter should mention the name of the patient, entitled bed category, and treatment details like admission /OP/ consultation/investigation, etc.

In case of emergency, cashless admission can be facilitated upon producing the patient's corporate identity card. The patient should submit the credit
letter from the corporate within 24 hours of hospitalization.
